Virtual Self-Myofascial Release Learning Opportunity!

This virtual workshop/masterclass offers  90 minutes of learning about therapeutic self-myofascial release. From feet to head, we will use myofascial release techniques to create more space for breath. This practice will be a combination of guided therapeutic foam rolling and stretching leaving you feeling restored and spacious, while learning the why behind what you're doing.

Myofascial release targets our connective tissue that runs beneath the skin and supports everything from your musculature to your nerves. Benefits range from better proprioception (awareness of your body in space), to reduction in muscle soreness and chronic pain, to increased relaxation and better sleep. Plus, it's an awesome self massage!

After completing this workshop you'll have a better idea on why, how, and where to foam roll, in addition to feeling better.

This Workshop is taught by
Marc Coronel, B.A. (from Whittier College) is an industry award winning Senior Master Course instructor and presenter for the Under Armour Training Team, TRX, TriggerPoint, LifeFitness, and Vital Performance. Marc functions as a an international consultant and speaker for gyms, international schools and businesses and currently trains out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Marc deals with large and small group training, as well as athletic performance for MMA fighters and athletes of all disciplines, Law enforcement, EMT’s, and more. As an educator and presenter for different cutting edge fitness companies Marc has won the overall internal awards for TRX(2012),  TP therapy (2014) and presenter of the year at  SCW 2016, 2017, 2018 and most recently a finalist for the 2019 IDEA  Fitness Inspiration Award.
