Marc Coronel, B.A. (from Whittier College) is an industry award winning Senior Master Course instructor and presenter for the Under Armour Training Team, TRX , TriggerPoint, LifeFitness, and ActivMotionBar. Samantha Milk is a conference presenter and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is an Applied Health and Human Performance Specialist (Level 1) through the Institute of Motion, with a background and certifications in TRX, ViPR PRO, and Triggerpoint.
Samantha started her fitness journey after experiencing hospitalizations from suffering multiple rare blood clots in the brain, called Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis. She later found out that she lives with several blood conditions: Factor V Leiden, Protein S Deficiency, Beta Thalassemia, and Iron Deficiency Anemia.
For this reason, Samantha is an advocate for bringing awareness to the risks of blood clots, and understands the struggles of experiencing symptoms from living with chronic illnesses, and how to overcome them. She wants to help you feel as energetic and happy as possible, by showing you how to create lasting healthy habits to help you thrive because you are more than your diagnosis.
Samantha helps clients build a foundation for resilience and longevity (get stronger, live longer) by mastering the basics. She helps you feel prepared to take on the sport of life by focusing on movements and not muscles, and the quality of your movement instead of quantity. Training sessions with Samantha are fun and educational, so you can challenge yourself in a safe and encouraging environment.
