Exclusive EōS Workshop brought to you by Coach Creators,
Marc Coronel and Brandon Wagner!
A coach is more than just someone taking you through a training session. Effective coaches are good listeners and problem solvers and will create an ongoing learning and development path for their clients.
This level 1 introduction to coaching skills, bodyweight training using a suspension device & KB basics, is an interactive workshop reviewing foundational movements, addressing specific strategies for improving movement efficiency and providing exercise techniques to help your clients achieve desired results.
You will learn functional biomechanics, how to properly coach, and offer modifications to exercises using equipment like suspension devices, kettlebells, and other functional training equipment found in fitness facilities to meet your clients where they are. You will learn to use language that is easy to understand by the client to create a learning environment that is safe, fun, and effective to develop a culture of retention.
At the end of this comprehensive workshop, you will know how to implement exercises that feature proper, safe, and appropriately challenging progressions for clients of all fitness levels through an introduction into program design.
