- Plan: Use a nutrition database (here's one I like) to plan a breakfast for tomorrow that contains at least 8 grams of fibre.
- Share: In our Facebook group, tell us what you're going to eat and how many grams of fiber your meal will have.
- Photo: When you eat this meal, snap a photo and upload it so that we can see the portion size required to hit at least 8 grams of fibre.
