{BELIEF} Eat More, and Decrease Inflammation

{DO} Fiber CHALLENGE:
As I just explained, your next challenge is to raise your daily fiber intake to 25 grams per day.
​This might be a big step, so we're going to do it in increments:
  • ​Plan: Use a nutrition database (here's one I like) to plan a breakfast for tomorrow that contains at least 8 grams of fibre.
  • ​Share: In our Facebook group, tell us what you're going to eat and how many grams of fiber your meal will have.
  • ​ Photo: When you eat this meal, snap a photo and upload it so that we can see the portion size required to hit at least 8 grams of fibre.
