This virtual workshop will offer 90 minutes of self myofascial release techniques for injury prevention and optimal performance for weightlifting, running, and cycling.
In this workshop we will: -Discuss the benefits of foam rolling as part of your warm up -Distinguish areas of focus to roll prior to activity for weightlifting, running, and cycling -Identify suggested areas to focus as top priority if there's minimal time -Recognize the benefits of assisted stretching with the foam roller -Experience how each roll and assisted stretch feels and learn the why behind it See what our attendees say about our workshops:
