Search and Destroy: breathe and relax in to the roller.
Use this session as a baseline for your weekly needs as tender spots may change throughout the week based on your day to day 
activity. 
Take note of what bothered you the most and revisit those tender spots throughout the week for optimal results. 

Pro tip: roll out before your activity if you are pressed for time since it serves as a warm up as well
