PLUG in to the RECHARGE
1. Exercise: go through your morning routine, or the quick workout under 7 minutes. Aim for a minimum of 30 minutes a day of physical activity 2. Nature: go ground yourself outside and look at the beauty of nature and the green. Blue blocking glasses are also a great idea to help your circadian rhythm stay on point. 3. Deep Breathing: Take in more oxygen to signal to your nervous system that things are calming down. breathe in for 4 counts and exhale for 4 counts. 4. Hydrotherapy: ( it's a real thing!) a long shower or bath, taking your time to exfoliate or luxuriate in your showers. Enjoying the water and the cleaning property is a mental and physical thing. |
