VIRTUAL FOAM ROLLING + STRETCHING MIX WORKSHOP

This virtual workshop will offer 90 minutes of therapeutic self-massage, stretching techniques, & stretching utilizing the foam roller.
 
In this workshop we will go over:
-How stress (mental & physical) affects our body
-Several key areas to apply self-myofascial release
-Experience active and passive stretches and learn the differences between the two
-Different types of breathing techniques and their benefits
-How to deepen a stretch utilizing a foam roller as an assist

By the end of the workshop we guarantee you will:
-Feel relaxed and rejuvenated
-Experience less pain
-Have greater range of motion
-Walk away with a routine you can do
-& most importantly FEEL GOOD
